This is a legally binding contract and the last bidder will be the owner of this great vehicle. 1979 Mini 95 Delivery Panel Wagon Driver Quality Extremely rare hard to find imported from the UK legally registered in the US. 1979 Mini Delivery Wagon in good driver condition. This extremely rare collectible European classic very well could be one of a hand full that exist in the US is not the only one. It all original and ready to be great driver or a perfect candidate for show quality restoration. Exterior is in good overall shape with nice straight body that shows no signs of previous damage. Paint is in decent driver quality shape with good color and shine with small chips and expected wear for a a drivers car. The body has no mayor dents to be noted. The body shows very few areas were light rust is present were the paint has bubbles and one spot in the rear fender were it has corrosion through in a very small area. All of this small areas can be easy appreciated through our close up pictures. The light rust is only present in the outer body shell of the car in the lower body panels and very little in the drip upper rails. The structure and floor pans are absolutely corrosion free as you can see from the undercarriage pictures and the inside floor pan shots. Only the body shows a little repairable rust but there is no corrosion in the floor panels and structure of the car. Overall is a very clean original car that can be enjoy and drive in its current condition or perfect candidate for easy restoration. Interior is very original and austere. Very clean and completely rust free. Seats are in good shape and dash is also well kept and very original. Mechanically this car is as solid as the come. Vehicle starts right up and it drives down the road without any problems. Engine starts right up idles well and shows great 4cyl power. Transmission shifts correctly and clutch is in good working order. Brakes and suspension are also in good driver shape. This is turn key ready little classic that you can drive anywhere. If we list a car as a classic, the following is what you should expect: Concourse Quality = This is the highest rating we can give a classic car. The vehicle usually has gone through a meticulous, no expense spare restoration. Museum Quality = This is a top rating given to vehicles that have gone through professional restorations have and have been very well kept or are in top original survivor condition. Investment Quality = Mid top range for a classic vehicle that is worthy of collecting. Is solid and well kept through-out and has value in its originality and condition, which is expected to appreciate with time. Drivers Quality = These are collector vehicles that are in good enough shape to be a proud owner and driver. These vehicles most likely wont win shows, but will impress most drivers in the street. Driver quality vehicles do need maintenance and attention in certain areas since many are 40 and 50 year old and attention to keep them driving safely in the streets is constantly needed. Project Quality = We very rarely offer projects and as the word implies these are vehicles that need extended amounts of work and restoration. These areas of conditions are gray, meaning some vehicles are in between areas, a vehicle may be an investment driver or museum investment, etc. We post numerous pictures and give a brief description of the vehicle. If a car sells for $5,000, you are buying a car within that range of price; in respect to value, collectability, and condition. In the unforeseen situation that there is a major description discrepancy (this is where the 3rd party inspection or a personal inspection is an essential tool), as a last resort a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, can be used to mutually resolve an honest possible misunderstanding.
