I am selling my 1978 Jeep CJ7.I bought this jeep locally with intentions of restoring it but I have to many and I need to focus on just one.This one has a factory 304 v8 with an auto trans,hard top,soft top 31-10.50x15 BFG and tilt steering.The engine does not smoke,leak,or make any noises.The transmission shifts nice and smooth you can get in this jeep and go anywhere it always cranks the first time it drives and runs perfect.Theres nothing major wrong with it and doesnt appear to have been abused or modified a really good jeep to restore or leave it like it is and have a nice inexpensive jeep to cruise around in.The other thing I like about it all the lights and stuff on the dash work except the fuel guage (sending unit?) easy fix I just havent had time to work on it.Overall its a good dependable jeep.It does have rust in the usual places nothing that cant be fixed .I do have it for sale locally and reserve the right to end the auction at anytime.A 500.00 deposit due within 24 hours.The balance will be due within 7 days of auction ending.It is being sold as is where is pickup only.I have good feedback and I want to keep it that way.If you have questions please ask first or come look at it before you bid.I have described it the best I can but its not a new jeep.I will say that you dont need to haul it away I wouldnt be scared to drive it anywhere.Thanks and GOOD LUCK!!!
