Vehicle Detail

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE 1970 Mustang Mach 1 Marti Report Verified 4-Speed Mach 1 Factory 351 4V Cleveland Factory 4 Speed (Rebuilt w/Receipts) Nice Black Interior Front & Rear Spoilers Factory Ford ‘Mach 1’ Hood Scoop w/Working Turn Signals Factory In-Dash Tachometer This is a presentable 1970 Mach 1, perfect for a no-guilt driver. The paint is best described as a 10 footer. The car was stored under a non-breathable cover causing small bubbles under the paint. The car is still presentable and could be enjoyed before treating the car to a well deserved repaint. The body is very solid and should be a straight forward repaint. The interior is in overall good condition. The seat upholstery and carpet are recent and in good condition. The dash pad is cracked but has a custom cover. The door panels are worn, but presentable. The in-dash tachometer is factory Ford and is an option that was added. The headliner looks to be in good condition. Overall it is in good condition, not perfect, but good for a driver. The engine is a 351 Cleveland with the 4 Barrel specific cylinder heads and factory intake manifold. It reportedly has 65k miles on the engine, though I have no receipts. The engine runs excellent and sounds like a healthy engine with quiet valve-train and no knocks or rattles. The 4 Speed has been rebuilt and receipts do come with the car. It was rebuilt by Reed’s Transmission in Connecticut. The shifter was replaced at that time as well with Hurst Competition Plus, the same unit the car came with from the factory. The clutch engages nicely and the transmissions shifts excellent. This Mach 1 came with manual drum brakes from the factory. They were replaced with a Stainless Steel Disc Brake kit. This is the 4-Piston caliper kit with a Power Brake Booster. The car stops excellent. We are a new dealer located in Monroe, Washington. We specialize in Muscle Cars from the Big Three. The under hood components are no longer in the car. The underdash components appear to all be there. The under-hood components are readily available and much easier to install than the underdash components.
