1974 Honda CB

CB 750, runs ok, could use carburetor work. The bike has been stored since 1995, the last time it was registered (have the tag). I've been the owner during that time. Started it periodically and rode it around a bit but otherwise has been in the garage. Very low actual miles. I bought the bike in' 84 from a friend who bought it nearly new; he couldn't wait to get his license so drove the bike and was pulled over. Lost his license for 90 days. He then did it again and lost it permanently. So the bike was never ridden. He went in the army, and four years later I bought it from him. Rode it back and forth to school in NY for five years during the three months could ride. Stored, then registered it once more in '95. Some pitting on the front fender, spokes are rusty; I see three small dents in the tank, which is faded. The seat is not stock but is in very good condition, no weathering. The pipes are not stock, I put them on new. We worked on the carbs some, had them off and soaked and blown out, it's running fairly well but still needs carb work or maybe just to be driven. The brakes work. All lights work. Tires aren't dryrotted, the back has very good tred, the front is fine. New battery. I had thought the coils were bad so replaced but turned out to be a short, so have an extra set of coils. The engine sounds good with equal compression in all four; tranny fine. It is rideable now with some tuning and lubing overall. Can be seen anytime at 101 cr 142, burnet tx 78611. About 11 miles outside burnet on lake buchannan. We actually front rt 690, 4 1/2 miles off rt 29 w out of burnet. Email me for specifics. The bike is all original and has not been changed or tampered with except for the seat and the pipes. I took it out today for a spin and it's running good. There is a set of original pipes but lacking the muflers on ebay now -- 160637568889; also the original seat if one were interested-- 120762732096. Will put more photos on tomorrow.
