Vehicle Detail
I have up for your consideration a 1955 Ford Customline 2 dr Sedan "Project". The car does roll freely and must be trailered by the new owner. I will not ship it! "No Foreign Bidders Please" This is a project and includes alot of, but not all, the parts that could make it a nice ride. The front seat is missing and so is the radiator, but the back seat is there. I have all the outside S/S trim, both bumpers, another nice hood to replace the dented one that is on the car, a complete 1972 Ford Thunderbird 429 motor and a C-6 transmission (not installed). I have a nice left side grill piece to replace the dented one that is on the car. The floor has been cut out in the area where your feet would rest in all 4 places, 2 places in the front and 2 places in the back and would be ready for patching. That is the worst of it. It does have a head liner in it, not that great but it's there. All the glass is good and the windows roll up and down. The dash is complete and original right down to the radio. It hasn't been cut up.The bottom of the doors show no rust through. There appears to be some bondo in the lower quarters and the bottom of the front fenders. A few small dents here and there and a surface rust spot on the roof above the windshield on the passenger side. The roof is in great shape other than that. The rain gutters are in great shape along the sides of the roof, no rust. The deck lid shows no rust through in it at all. The trunk floor is good. The front cross member along with the rest of the frame is in very good condition, no rust through. The stock steering wheel and horn ring, along with some other parts are in the trunk. I have a Clear Ohio Title in my name and the cars original vin plate is still on the car. All in all it's a pretty decent old Ford. I have tried to describe the cars condition as best I could. I have posted many pictures of the car. Please ask any and all questions before you bid. Bidders with less than 10 feedbacks must email me before bidding. A $200.00 nonrefundable PayPal payment is due within 24 hrs after the close of the auction. The balance due, in Cash, upon pick up of the car within 7 to 10 days. Thank you for looking at my auction and Good Luck Bidding.
