Vehicle offered is my 1999 BMW M3 convertible with automatic transmission, Estoril Blue, tan leather interior, and black convertible top. Interior is in excellent shape. Seats and trim are in excellent condition. No cracks or splits in plastic or on dash. The body has no damage except for a tiny car-door "ding" high on the driver's door (covered by a small M3 emblem). Front and rear black plastic has minor "dings" commensurate with the car's 12-year age. Convertible top black fabric is powered and is very good shape shape, with all fabric clean and no tears, and is waterproof. Have original M3 floormats, as well as correct owners manual and two lighted keys. Car drives strong, with excellent speed, tight cornering, and smooth transmission shifts. Car has power everything, and has working am/fm/cassette/6-CD radio, electric windows, and electric locks. Transmission has three settings for mountain, sport, or economy. Eight-position power seats for both driver and passenger seats. Driver seat has wear commensurate with mileage. Rear seats are perfect, and do not appear to been used. Items changed since I have had the vehicle include new rear plastic window, all new engine belts, new rear shocks, new driver window motor and latch, new hood shocks, and four new Michelin tires. Power tops works normally, except rear window unfolds with a "clunk" when being retracted into back compartment...believe there was a strap or two that did not get re-attached when rear window was replaced...not a problem -- just a minor annoyance. Replaced front right brake air chute and bottom plate. Oil and cabin air filter have been replaced. The car now has been garaged the entire time when not driven. I have no dealer records since I live 60 miles from nearest dealer, but I do have receipts for everything mentioned. Car is in very good shape for its age and low miles. Air conditioner puts out ice cold air, but blower is "stuck" on about 75% fan speed at 65 degrees temperature setting....it has worked flawlessly in this condition for over 2 years. Not a problem in the heat or cold. Tires have little wear after the 7,000 miles I put on it; interior is in same excellent condition; car drives and shifts strong and smooth, respectively. There is a scuff mark on the lower right front plastic "spoiler." Front has minor "road rash" that cannot even be photographed! Driver mirror will go sideways but not up and down...adjust it by hand once and done! Car draws attention whenever driven and parked.
