Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow LWB Rare and Desirable Long Wheel Base – 4” longer in the rear compartment. This was the last year for the Long wheel base and only 200 units were built Nicely restored Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow Long wheel base. Light Ocean Blue over Royal blue with ivory-white vinyl top. Dark blue interior. Restored over the last few years by a private collector. The car was a good clean car to start with but just wanted to make it extra special and enjoy the project achieving this: New Hydraulic/brake system. New vinyl top. New 4 Kummo tires. New brake lines New Rotors New Brake pads New Transmission Full service in July 2011 by Automotive international ($4,000.00) All chrome and glass excellent. Interior in great condition. No rips, tears or marks on seats or roof-liner. Burr Walnut dash wood and accents redone by professional Rolls restorer to factory standards. Mechanically sound and no issues. Regularly maintained and serviced. Rarely driven. All electrics in good condition with windows, seats, lights, instruments etc working properly A/C is ice cold. Over $8,000 spent in service in the last year with all receipts. This is a completed and "all together" Rolls-Royce which can simply be purchased and enjoyed. It has been climate control stored and never seen bad weather. Basically a very clean and above average Silver Shadow which makes for a perfect high standard weekend driver. These cars are going up in value in this condition. Restoring these can be expensive so this one makes for great buying considering everything has been done. ~~VIN # LRE 26010~~ ~~VIN # LRE 26010~~ . This is an excellent Silver Shadow Long Wheel Base ("LWB") with an exterior straight and is totally rust free with no rust in its undercarriage or anywhere else in the car . The paint is in exelent condition with all finishes, rubbers, bright-work, glass and all chrome in excellent condition. The trunk is clean. Tyres are brand new. The hubcaps are straight and the stainless steel is shiny. Mechanically the car is fantastic. It has been recently service by a Rolls Royce specialist (Automotive international) with all the mechanicals and electrical system serviced and working well. The car has been well maintained over the years.. The engine truly purrs and gear-change is super smooth and quiet b/c it has been redone.. There are no unwelcome surprises because the car is in excelent condition. The car shows 29,000 miles, who cant be sure of its authenticity. More likely to be 129,000 but all major things have been done to the car.
