I reserve the right to end this auction at any time if it is sold locally before the ebay auction reserve is met. Tennessee customers must pay tax, title, and license at time of purchase. All other out-of-state customers will be supplied a temporary tag, title and all the necessary documents to make your vehicle legal as your state requires. Out-of state customers must take care of their own taxes within their state. We will not release the title without cash or certified, verifiable cashiers check for the remaining balance. All customers must pay a non-negotiable $279 Documentation Fee (covers all document handling, detail and make-ready of vehicle). We do not provide or arrange shipping. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the auction end. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 7 days of the auction end. We prefer for you to pick up the vehicle within 7 days of the auction end. If you need any special arrangements made, you must give me the courtesy of advanced notice (and that’s not the last day of the auction).
