You are bidding on a 1970 Chevrolet C30 Dump Truck. Truck is located in Minier IL. Truck has not been licensed in many years. Milage is unknown for we bought it with the speedo not functioning. Has 350 engine with 4 speed granny low manual transmission. Dump box works great and is PTO driven off the transmission. Truck would make a good work site truck or farm use. Truck will need some work before it can be used. Truck will start but needs fuel pump replaced for the body is leaking. Carb was pulled off another vehicle and temporarily made to work for this truck. It was not in the greatest shape either. Would need to rebuild or replace to be reliable. Exhuast needs to be replaced. Rear brakes were completly replaced 7-8 years ago and few miles have been put on them since. Front wheel cylnder is leaking and needs to be replaced. I have everything else noted below. Please let me know if you have any questions. While vehicle could be made to run and had on the road last month it should not be driven home. Winning bidder will need to trailer or dolly it home. Delivery is not option and must be picked up. I am listing the truck for what I have been offered for the dump bed/hoist. It can be moved up and down by hand and will hold shut Missing driver side wing window 2 missing lug nuts on front Brakes will need to be gone through. Most likel 2 new wheel cylnders Tail lights not working (Most likely bad wire and easy to run a new one) No battery included Floor is still there but does have some rust through Cracked windshield Speedometer does not work (Fuel, oil and temp do work) Driver side door handle needs to be replaced Tires are fine for site or farm use. If going on open road for a distance will need to be replaced. One is worn down as can be seen in pictures. We used this to haul wood out of the forest so was not a concern. They are dry rotted and cracked. One of the axle clamps will need to be replaced or welded.
