2010 Volkswagen EOS LUX Convertible Vehicle Information Year: 2010 VIN #: WVWFA7AH4AV020907 Make: Volkswagen Miles: 9,204 Model: EOS Title: Salvage Warranty: None Engine: 2.0L I4 FSI Transmission: Automatic Exterior Color: White Interior Color: Tan Stock #: MC1906 Features AM / FM 6 Disc Radio Leather Seating Sat Radio (XM or Sirius) Air Conditioning Automatic Climate Controls Dual Power Seats Power Door Locks Power Mirrors Power Windows Auto Dimming Rear View Mirror Keyless Entry Rear Defrost Steering Wheel Radio Controls ABS Automatic Headlampstd> Cruise Control Traction Control 17 Inch Alloy Wheels Dual Front Airbags Side Airbags (seat) Vehicle Condition Exterior Paint: Excellent Interior: Excellent with no stains, burns, or tears Engine: Runs well Suspension: Intact Drivability: Lot drives Vehicle Description We purchased this Volkswagen EOS from an insurance company. The vehicle took a hit to the passengers front corner. The drivers air bag and seat belt are deployed and will need to be replaced. All of the cooling is intact and functioning properly. The blower motor that distributes the interior air flow is not turning on. Also the Convertible top does not open due to it being out of alignment from the accident. This EOS runs and lot drives in its current condition with no issues found in the engine, transmission or cooling. The suspension is intact but may need alignment for the vehicle to drive well. The passengers front lower door post was damaged and will need repairs for the door to open and close properly. There will be a 4-6 week delay on the title as this vehicle had an Ohio Salvage title that had to be transferred to a Michigan Salvage title for re-sale. All of the body damage is visible in the photos. For questions concerning this EOS please call our office M-F 8:30-5:00 at 248-446-8289. About The Title Michigan salvage titles can be transferred or re-assigned to in-state and out-of-state buyers. It can be transferred to any buyer in any state or country. The buyer can obtain a salvage inspection in his state, which then allows the vehicle to be licensed for road use.Buyers enjoy huge savings on rebuilt and salvage titled vehicles. If you plan on driving this vehicle a long time, not immediately reselling it, you will certainly save many thousand of dollars over a clear title vehicle. Please remember you drive the vehicle, NOT THE TITLE. I recently heard a Car-Fax commercial stating the amount of salvage vehicle on the road has doubled. I guess more folks are choosing to enjoy the savings available! Disclosure Agreement BEFORE YOU BID KNOW THAT WE REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE $200 DEPOSIT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE AUCTION END IF YOU ARE THE HIGH BIDDER. Do not bid if you are not going to send this $200 deposit. I repeat------ do not bid if you are not going to send a non-refundable $200 deposit. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE DEPOSIT WE WILL NOT SELL YOU THE CAR. We don't mind folks not following though with a sale as long as they cover the deposit. Full payment on the vehicle is due within 7 days of the auction end. No exceptions. Every vehicle we sell is subject to a $135 buyers fee. If you win this auction, the buyers fee will be due within 7 days along with the full purchase price. Michigan residents must pay 6% sales tax and a $15 title fee.WE SELL REPAIRABLES AS IS, WHERE IS. We will not drive these damaged vehicles on the road, and cannot predict how they will drive down the road. BID WITH CONFIDENCE, if we make an error in our description, there is no obligation to buy. We want you completely satisfied with us. If, upon personal inspection, you are not satisfied with the advertised item, we only ask you to cover a $350 fee that covers our internal expenses related to relisting the vehicle and additional eBay fees.
