Prior to being stored in 2001 the owner completely restored the car. On the interior there is all new high end ulpholstery as well as new carpets all of which are still pristine! Headliner is in very nice condition as well as side door panels. The Stunning classic has her original Sper 8 Engine that runs well. When we removed the car from the barn we took the car to a certified mechanic who removed all wheels and brakes and freed them up. He put oil in all cylinders and started the car using a portable can because of old gas in tank. Engine purrs nicely with no knocks or noises and has very good oil pressure in all cylinders. We backed car out of garage and drove the car around the property. Body is AMAZING ON THIS OLD BEAUTY! SIDES ARE VERY STRAIGHT FROM FRONT TO REAR OF CAR AND CHROME BUMPERS AND TRIM ARE VERY NICE. ALL DOORS AND HOOD AND TRUNK OPENING LINE UP NICELY. FRAME IS VERY SOLID WITH NO DAMADGE. THESE TWO DOORS ARE A RARE FIND AND ARE VALUED AT OVER $25,000 WHEN RESTORED! THIS ONE IS A GREAT CANDIDATE FOR RESTORATION. THIS CAR REQUIRES VERY LITTLE FOR RESTORATION AS INTERIOR IS ALREADY DONE. TRIM AND BUMPERS ARE IN GREAT CONDITION WITH A FEW DENTS IN HER GRILLE PIECES (EASY FIXED) PAINT HAS USUAL PITTING FOR YEAR AND WILL NEED SANDED DOWN AND REPAINTED OR CAN BE USED AS IS AS JUST AS A DRIVER.
