Our experience with this Chevy Cavalier is limited to short drives of less than 5 miles at no more than 45 miles an hour. Many people ask why our experiences with the vehicle is limited; we only drive the car from where it is seized to an impound lot and then to a third party inspection. We do not have the opportunity to drive it faster or farther.
Seized vehicles can sit for many months before we sell them.
The car starts easily with a jump, runs, and drives. The car has an AM/FM/Cassette Stereo, driver & passenger airbags, floor mats, and a temporary-use-only spare tire and jack. Original owner's manuals included.
Per the third party inspection, the Chevy's engine and transmission are rated "Good"; the exhaust system and tires are rated "Average"; the brakes, steering and air conditioning are rated "Poor". Per the inspection the power steering is inoperable and this Chevy needs a serpentine belt.
The cloth interior is in "Average" condition and should clean up nicely. There are some scrapes and dents to this vehicle body and rust causing damage to the paint finish. The trunk does not open; access can be gained through the backseat. The windshield is cracked. Please inspect the pictures for more information.
