The car starts easily with a jump, runs and drives. Our experience is limited to short drives of less than 5 miles at no more than 45 miles an hour. Many people ask why our experiences with the vehicle is limited; we only drive the car from where it is seized to an impound lot and then to a third party inspection. We do not have the opportunity to drive it faster or farther.
Seized vehicles can sit for many months before we sell them.
A third party inspection of this Chevrolet was completed. The engine, transmission, tires, and steering are rated "Good"; the exhaust system and brakes are rated "Average"; the air conditioning does not work. The condition of the front seats and carpet are rated "Average" and the rest of the interior is rated "Good". This is due to some burn marks on the front seat and the carpet needing a good cleaning.
The power windows and locks work. This Chevrolet is equipped with an AM/FM/Cassette stereo, cruise control, driver and passenger airbags, driving lights, map lights and floor mats. This Chevrolet has Firestone FR380 (P205/70R15) tires in front and Goodyear Integrity (P205/70R15) tires in the rear as well as a Goodyear Temporary spare tire and jack. The Chevrolet's original owner's manuals are included.
