1996 Chevy Caprice, with the 350 corvette motor in it, 142,000mi. Has 4 very good tires plus 2 spare (one on rim), steering, brakes, engine are all in great condition. Transmission is not. Will drive just fine in 1st and 2nd gear, but above 40mph it slips a lot. I've driven it on the highway a few times like this but it's not really driveable long distance on the highway. It also has a salvage title; it was in a crash 2 years ago and because the book value was only $4500 or so it was totaled but I had it professionally repaired anyways. Frame is straight, drives straight, body lines are all straight. There is paint peeling off the front bumper, and one of the fenders has a corner with paint that does not match. All repairs have been done by the original selling Chevrolet dealer, I have all original records. Oil always changed on time, and numerous other parts have been replaced. Car will need to be picked up, probably with a trailer unless you want to bring your own plates and drive it very slowly home a short distance. Payment in the form of cash is preferred at time of pickup.
