Vehicle Detail
This truck was my baby, but I rolled it completely and damaged it beyond what I can repair. Feel free to call me and set up a time to look at it. Also, don't be afraid to make an offer! There is severe body damage, the frame may or may not be bent. The 5-speed automatic transmission needs a flush but is fully functional and only has 96,000 miles on it. Exhaust and muffler is hanging off, and the steering column/shifter is badly out of alignment. The front right radius arm bracket (suspension) is destroyed. There are two brand new chrome mirrors in perfect condition, and the alloy rims are beautiful when shined up. There are three Monroe Reflex shocks which were installed new last October, and the fourth one could be easily repaired with a weld where the top attaches to the body. The bed is 8 feet long, though bent, but comes with a bed liner in good condition. Has a 5.0 Liter 302 V8 engine which also has 96,000 miles on it, but the wreck caused it to have a bad rod bearing in one cylinder. It may be worth rebuilding. The radiator is good. Most of the body is ruined but would sell as scrap. Our local yard pays $240 a ton just for raw scrap metal. In short: 302 V8 with bad rod bearing in one cylinder Good E04D 5-speed automatic transmission with 96,000 miles Good working AC unit/components Working radiator New water pump installed last fall 3 working Monroe Reflex shocks with less than 10,000 miles, and one matching which could be fixed with a weld. Door panels in decent condition Working 4x4 4 matching alloy rims in good condition Seat is a transplant from a 99 XL F-350, and is ruined New battery, replaced on warranty after the accident Wrangler tires with good tread, installed last August This truck starts and drives, wouldn't drive it more than 5 miles, but could be easily driven onto a trailer. Just a transmission alone costs about $600, plus there is value in the wheels, tires, battery, scrap. If there are any questions, feel free to call me!
