Vehicle Detail
Here is your opportunity to own a legendary performance car at a fraction of the price of a complete customized version. Drive it today just as it is, or restore it to pristine, perfect condition. Either way you have a very cool car at a very reasonable price. This vehicle is currently registered and insured in New Jersey (however it is the sole responsibility of the new owner to insure and inspect vehicle once they take ownership). This car has a reconstructed title (“s” suffix), indicating salvage history; the car was in an accident and repaired. Work was done by a master mechanic with twenty years experience in Japanese imports. Car passed NJ inspection in January, 2011 (see photos). Here are the specs: - Adult owned; 90,000 miles - Five Speed, T-Tops w/ factory inserts - VG30DETT 3.0L DOHC SFI 24-valve twin turbocharged, twin inter-cooled V6 engine. Rated at 300hp and 283tq from the factory - Power windows, steering, mirrors, seats - Electronic climate control - HICAS four wheel steering - Four wheel disc brakes, with independent electronic rear suspension/sport or touring settings - Greddy cat-back exhaust - TurboXS blow off valves (2) - Good tires - Alpine stereo, Bose speakers - Black leather interior in good condition - Full Stillen body kit (custom body work includes Stillen GTZ-R style fascia with Fairlady nose panel, and type III rear valence/spoiler, side skirts, and custom dual exhaust). - Lexus gray paint The car handles well; the turbos spool quickly and the five speed manual transmission shifts smoothly. The motor pulls strong however it does run rough particularly in fifth gear. I have driven the car in its current condition a couple of thousand miles, and (IMHO) it's an exciting and exhilarating ride. I believe I would change the wires and clips if I were keeping the car, but again, your choice. Custom body work includes Stillen GTZ-R style fascia with Fairlady nose panel, and type III rear valence/spoiler, side skirts, and custom dual exhaust. The rear light panels have hairline cracks (very common with these cars) and can be replaced relatively inexpensively (see photos; cosmetic issue…lights work properly). There are also a couple of cracks in the plastic on the interior surface of the hatchback (not very noticeable). More noticeable is some paint checking on side of spoiler which while hard to see in the photos can be seen close up. The spoiler is aftermarket. Doesn’t need to be replaced but I probably would replace it if I were to keep the car. There is also about a two inch tear in the vinyl on the driver side door, near the window. Typical of cars of this vintage there is stitching separating on driver seat however there are no tears in the leather. There are a couple of small scratches on hood, and about a three or four inch paint chip on bottom lip of front bumper (please see photos). There is some rust on the wheel rims which cannot be seen in the photos. The car comes with an Alpine in dash stereo with Bose speakers (not hooked up), air conditioning/climate control system; cruise control; power steering/windows/locks/power heated mirrors; leather steering wheel; locking t-tops with shades. Some fuses need to be replaced. You will also want to have the air conditioning charged. I have made every effort to describe the car in detail. All known faults have been disclosed. Please note that the car is sold “as is” and buyer is responsible to inspect the vehicle. Buyer is solely responsible for pickup. Cashiers check (certified from US bank) or money order only; no exceptions. Car is available for sale locally; seller reserves right to end or withdraw offer without notice. No warranty and no refunds; no exceptions. This car is VCBNP (very cool but not perfect), and priced accordingly. Your chance to own a fabulous Z32 at a reasonable price. Please write in advance of bidding with any questions. Check my 100% feedback and bid with confidence. Best of luck!
