This is a 1971 Chevrolet Malibu Convertible that has been sitting in a barn for quite a few years. It is a project car and will need a complete restoration. It is a rolling shell with no engine or transmission. Also missing are the bumpers, front fenders & grill /headlight surrounds. The frame is a little crispy in the back, but could be saved. It will need complete floors & trunk floor. The body mount areas will need attention. The quarters & door jamb area have rust. It has an original power top, no idea if it works but it looks complete. It has an SS hood that has surface rust & a few dents. The radiator support looks good. It has power steering & power drum brakes. The interior looks mostly complete but will need to be restored. The rear axle is a 10 bolt, looks like it was a 307/ TH350 column shift automatic car originally. The car has no title. The State of Maine does not issue titles for vehicles 1995 & older. The car will be sold with a bill of sale & Maine VIN Verification Form only. Check your local & State laws before bidding. A $500.00 deposit via Paypal is due within 48 hours of auction close.
