Just traded is this 1998 Toyota Camry LE, 2.2 4cyl, great on gas and a pleasure to drive. I personally drove this one about 150 miles and I have found the following: The motor and transmission operate fine. The motor runs smooth and quiet and the transmission shifts perfectly. I did notice a slight exhaust leak coming from the front flex before the catalytic converter. It is very slight and goes away when the engine is warm. The "Service Engine" light is on. I scanned it and it coded for a idle control sensor. The car does not show any signs of this but the computer picked it up. The body is real nice, the paint is good as is the glass all around. Both bumpers have faded slightly to a different color and there is a small dent on the lower right side quarter panel. The left side mirror is cracked and the A/C could use a charge. The interior is in excellent shape but there a some stains on the rug that are covered by the floor mats. All power options operate as they should. Overall, this Camry is real clean and runs out well. The tires are good all around and the brakes feel good too. The radio is missing the face but I will have it before auctions end. This Camry handles well with no shakes ,shimmies or rattles. I have one set of keys with the factory keyless remote and clear title for this one. There are a few minor things that may need to be repaired. or you certainly can drive this one the way it is. No reserve auction Bid to Win! Please Email any questions.
