Up for bid is a( 1986 Chevy pickup Custom Deluxe C-30,) this is a 4 speed transmission.Everything on this truck is basically factory,no changes made that I can see.I baught the truck originally from Bucknell University over a year and a half ago.Its been a good dependable truck,no issues,Bucknell has a reputation for taking care of their equipment and maintaining them well.This truck was kept under a roof most of its life with them.I am selling it as exempt because the college was not sure of the miles due to a broken speedo. cable for 4 Months.Probably around 129-139,000.This is a good heavy truck for a contractor,or to pull a heavy boat,travel trailer etc. it wont squat down.It handles very nice,nothing loose,uses no oil as far as I can tell,and runs smooth and strong Summer and Winter,I would not be afraid to drive it anywhere.As far as rust not much at all,some small bubbles under the paint over the passenger wheel well but it is solid.The gaps on the doors and between the cab and bed are factory yet not dented,or mauled.The bed floor is nice as well as the rest of it.The seat is torn and has a cover on it.The dash pad is( original and not damaged) as the pictures show.Bottoms of the doors are solid.The tail gate is very straight also. A few minor dings hardly noticeable on the hood.All in all this is a very decent looking older truck and will get the job done.The tires are almost like new all 4 wheels.I am selling the truck because my Father died and I inherited his 2004 Ford. This is a nice heavy duty pickup that looks decent and looks decent as well.A deposit of $500.00 is due with in 24 hrs of sales end.The balance with in 7 days.Good Luck... On Jul-21-11 at 13:57:31 PDT, seller added the following information: Please note that I am showing 2 pictures of the title info.this is where it would indicate, an R for reconstructed title in the (title brands box) it has( nothing).Also where the title says( duplicate),a zero indicates there was never a duplicate printed. .Their check list indicates it was never repaired or damaged,yet they contradict this.Please bear in mind the pictures of the title are not very clear,I cant zoom in very good on small print.( However the title is crystal clear) .
