1971 MGB Roadster. Started its life in california. has never been rusted out, and then repaired. drivers door replaced sometime in its early life- can see orange paint when door panel off. car was repainted at this time. Paint is old, but still looks good. Has scratches, dents and dings from front to back, but very solid. has 2 small rust spots, I tried taking pictures of them, but only the one shows up well. have tonnuo cover, kind of worthless with roll bar. good chrome many owners manuals, shop books, and MG related books, along with a few misc extra parts. original jack and 2 spare tires. Tires 2 years old on car. Motor rebuilt in 1994. From receipts I have, believe motor was bored 0.40 over. California emissions removed. new belts, recommend replacing radiator hoses. new boot on rack and pinion New clutch in 2003 newer brakes new emergency brake cable correct victory british exhaust new battery and fuel pump Seat caovers, door panels and top rails replaced at some time in its life. I have new seals for the doors, windows, and boots for the rack and pinion. needs rear carpet turn signal lever missing plastic end all lights work No recent restorations, Very solid survivor car. Drive as is or restore. Will need new hood if restoring. this one is wavey. Starts easy cold new wiper blades Have frame and bow from a 66 MGB in case you want a soft top. installed battery cut-off switch to save battery between periods of not driving.
