This car is in excellent condition. Interior looks like brand new. Soft leather, firm seats. No signs of wear. Floor mats are original-looks as if no one stepped on them at all. As part of the GOLD package it has heated seats and Cadillac factory installed CD player. It has all luxury options except moonroof. There are 2 original remotes with golden keys and key chain included in the package. The exterior is in GREAT shape. The car was garage kept until last year. The hood has a very small ding (smaller than a dime). There is a ding and minor scratch next to the gas tank. These could be easily fixed with little or no money. Mechanically. The car starts right up. It has a new battery with 3 years warranty and roadside assistance. No warning or service lights are on. The car was not driven for 2 years so, the dealer recommended to flush the cooling system and oil. This was done in October 2010 and everything was inspected. Inspection sticker valid until October 2011. The car drives and shifts very smoothly. The A/C blows cold air even on the hottest days. The TITLE. It is clear. The confusion happened when my college son went to register the car. He innocently reported the mileage to DMV as 74k not knowing that it had to be exact at 74,118. DMV flagged this as a rollback. I have spoken with DMV in South Carolina and they said it is not abig deal and if you want to take the time and paperwork it can be corrected. It is not possible to roll the mileage # of this car as it is factory sealed. The car has all original miles on it and it is currently at 74,470 miles. Ownership is actually less than titling indicates. The first owner leased the car for one year from the dealer. He then purchased the car and kept it 8 years. The second owner purchased the car and had it 2 years and put less than 10k on it. The third owner. My son purchased it for his grandparent but just was told no longer able to drive.
