This 2008 Smart Car FourTwo Passion hatchback with a clear title, low miles, and not been in any accidents. I am the 2nd owner of the and bought the car just over one year when it had roughly 14,000 miles from Land Rover of Parasmus, NJ. I was told it was well taken care of then, and since I have had it I have driven it conservatively and taken it for regular maintenance. I have had no big issues with the car and have all the appropriate paperwork from the last years maintenance etc. The car drives just as well as the day that I bought it with no mechanical issues I am aware off. It was recently serviced and looked over by the people at Smartcar/Mercedes Manhattan. They told me the tires have roughly 15,000 miles left on them and that there were no mechanical issues as far as they could tell. The exterior is in good shape with very few blemishes. There are a couple 2mm paint chips on the rear bumper, and that is being extremely picky. The interior is in great shape and I have never eaten nor smoked inside the vehicle. The car has two sets of factory keys. Gas mileage is fantastic, and I averaged in the high 30s with stop and go city/highway traffic. Options for the vehicle are the stock fourtwo passion options which include: auxillary audio input (for ipod, etc), automatic transmission with paddle sport shifting, moonroof, cd player, am/fm radio, climate control, antilock breaks, remote options via key, air conditioning, power windows, power locks, dual airbags, side airbags, alloy wheels Active issues with the vehicle: The front left wheel, rear left wheel, rear right wheel all have minor structural damage from potholes (as pictured). I have not noticed any change in the way the car drives because of these (tires stay well pressurized, steering is not compromised). I have tried to describe the car as honestly as I could have and to the best of my abilities, but please note that I am not a car expert and the car is sold as is. I am a physician and would prefer to only be called between the hours of 7-10 pm eastern time as there is a strong possibility that I am seeing patients before those hours.
