This car runs very well! (Officer said too well!) It features the LT1 engine with a 6-speed manual transmission. The only mechanical problem with the car is the air conditioner. Recently replaced the water pump and coolant temp sensor, as well as a tune up. Regular services have been maintained by the owner and only Castrol Syntec has been used. The hood is custom. Tires are Z-rated. Cosmetically, this car needs paint. The neighbor's cat scratched the clear coat several years back, so now the whole car needs a new paint job. There is one dent on the rear driver's side fender that was there when we purchased the car in 2005. Inside, there is some wear on the leather. The driver's seat has one hole and a couple of torn places. The back of the back seat is coming apart at the seams in two places. Also, the visor on the driver's side needs to be reattached. The headliner is intact. Finally, the radio is factory with the Bose system but has developed a short in the last year. As is, there are no tunes :( The title problem listed above on the vehicle background check is from the odometer. The occurrence is from before we purchased the vehicle. We have had no problems titling, licensing, and insuring this car. Overall, this car is fun to drive (100mph in 3rd gear) and it drives well. With some new paint it will be a sharp ride.
