Up for auction is a TRUE 1965 GTO 4 SPEED CONVERTIBLE. This is a factory black car,black interior and black convertible top project. You can't get any better than that for a builder. I've had the car around 10 years and have slowly been collecting parts for it as I come across them but have decided to move on with some other cars that have been on the back burner for years. I also received when I bought the car, the best I can tell the # matching 389 BARE BLOCK with the car . I have a intake, valley pan, standard armor steel crank,windage tray,pan,exhaust manifolds,valves covers,radiator but no heads. I have the correct early flywheel,bellhousing and 4 speed shifter. I have all the cov. moldings,dash parts,correct dash with FACTORY GAUGES not idiot lights. I have bucket seats but no back seat or console. The frame on the car is nice,frame was painted and then the body was set down on new body mounts approx a year ago. 3 patches were installed in the floor. The shinny pass side front was por 15 and didn't need replacement. A full trunk was installed instead of putting alot of patches in as to make a cleaner job. There is some smaller holes that still need small patches in different places Front fenders need some work on the bottoms but the hard work has been done to the main body.
