This van is a low mileage Southern van that has no rust anywhere and just passed a rigorous Maryland State Safety Inspection on June 1, 2011. I spent about $750 to correct all problems in order to pass inspection. .This included fixing driving lights, brand new brake rotor, installed window regulator on driver's window, fixed defroster,new head light, etc. I have receipts detailing the work and all of the inspection findings. The Maryland State Safety inspection covers about 25 areas and takes an hour or more to complete, including a road test, so it is much more that some state inspections that are a joke. The tires are all matching and have lots of tread left. I am guessing about 75% tread left. The paint is average for the age of the vehicle and some of the decals are peeling. The interior is very clean and has no major rips, tears, or stains. Part of the interior is missing in the rear and it looks like there was a water leak, but no current evidence of leaks. The rug is very good and high quality. The interior is clearly way above average for the years on this van and shows the previous good care that this van experienced. The interior is velour and the blue coloring is very striking.There is no evidence of any previous smoking or pet use. The rear seat folds down via a power switch, but it is stuck down and I cannot figure out how to re-elevate the seat. The entire exhaust system looks very new. The engine runs very strong and there is no evidence of any leaks or engine problems. The van has the Nintendo system on board. I cannot verify that the TV, VCR, or Nintendo work, but it looks like all parts for all the entertainment systems are there, including controllers and remotes.I have never seen a vehicle that is as clean as this one is on the undercarriage. The battery appears fairly new and I have never had any problems with the charging system. I have a few more pictures if you want to see more, especially of the undercarriage. It looks like it might have been Ziebarted, but I am not sure about that. Just guessing because of the condition of the body with no rust and it probably has never seen snow or salt.Now the bad: There are a few interior lights that are out. The spare tire loses air. The transmission slips and can but annoying, but it was very easy to learn how to drive it in this condition and make it shift out of the gear it seems slip in. Once you are at cruising speed, it sails right along fine.It is my daily driver and I put at least 100 miles a day on it and find it to be very reliable transportation. The current mileage is 89,898, but I will be driving it daily until it is sold and paid for. The title is clean, no liens, and is not a salvage title. I find no evidence anywhere that it has ever been in an accident. It has a few scrapes, scratches, nicks, and dings on the body and paint and the paint on the hood has been re-touched due to flaking of the paint. This is a high quality Mark III Conversion and has all of the usual bells and whistles that came on a fully equipped conversion van. I just had a new stereo professionally installed and you can plug your iPod or iPhone in it (iPhone does not come with the van). The temperature gauge is not working, but there is no evidence of any overheating. The AC needs a charge and I will include the R134 gas with the sale so you can re-charge AC.
