1971 Ford Maverick in original unrestored condition. Car has 60k actual miles, factory original paint, original interior, and all matching numbers. 6 cyl./auto., and everythings manual. I purchased it from the original owner a little over a year ago. Have the original ownercard w/ metal tag, original manuals, and paperwork w/ receipt from when the car was purchased. The paint shows very well with a few rock chips around the fender wells and the occasional ding. The interior is near perfect, the dash is cracked from the sun in a few places. The radiator has had a leak at some time, the engine and engine compartment has the usual oil/grease as I have not detailed it. The car runs and drives great, it does smoke a little. It has no rust issues at all, MINOR surface rust on the inside of the rear quarters and around the door jams. I have tried to describe the car as accurately as possible, if you are looking for an all original Maverick I don't think that you will be disappointed. I encourage you to come look at it and drive it at anytime before the auction ends. 1974 and older cars are not titled in Alabama, car will be sold w/ bill of sale. Thanks.On Jul-17-11 at 20:26:23 PDT, seller added the following information: I've had several requests for additional pictures so I have added some of the undercarriage, the rust on the back of the doors, and the rust on the inside rear quarters. All of the rust pictured is surface only. The trunk has the factory splatter paint and it has flaked off where the rust is located. The car will need no metal replacement work. Also added is a picture of the back seat and the headliner.
