This classic 1954 Ford Customline is a 2 tone, black and white, 4-door with a 233 straight six engine and automatic transmission. This is an older restoration in which the previous owner made it look like an old police car, complete with siren, flashing package shelf lights and a working cherry on top. This car has: Solid floors. Original engine and transmission. New, original, 1954 Ford radio, redone by S&M ElectroTech (http://www.turnswitch.com/) with new, digital insides for AM/FM radio and an auxiliary port for your MP3 player connection (in the glove box). New single stereo dash speaker. Single 6x9 speaker on the package shelf. Newer tires (including the spare). A speaker mounted under the hood for music or the PA system via the CB radio that is mounted under the dash. Clean trunk. All the chrome is in good condition. This car runs and is a blast to drive. I hate to sell it but it’s time to let it go to another good home. What needs work: This car has virtually no surface rust. There are some small paint chips and blemishes. Windshield has one chip. Left rear turn signal light is out. As with all straight six OHV engines, this one has a crankcase vent (or blowby) tube. At times, the blowby is visible when you come to a stop. I have not had the timing or compression checked yet. Winning bidder is responsible for making any shipping arrangements. I will do all I can to assist you with this.
