Up for auction is a 1982 Honda CB 750 Custom. I bought this bike this spring thinking I would have the time to give it the proper attention, but I just can't right now. I absolutely love these bikes, and anybody that has owned one will tell you the same. I have always been an ATV person, but after being shown this line it didn't take long to fall in love with them. This CB is COMPLETELY original. ALL parts are there and in excellent shape, especially when you consider it's almost thirty years old. The only thing that has been replaced is the battery which I bought and charged about two weeks ago. The bike has no rust issues with the exception of the exhaust that has some issues which can be seen in the pictures. When I bought the bike, the front calipers had been disassembled by the previous owner, and I had never put them back together. An expert that showed me these bikes verified that all parts are there to rebuild them. The bike started and ran, but it was a little rough due to being garaged by the previous owner for the last ten years. I took the carburetor and air box off to clean and inspect them, as well as the rest of the engine. Everything was in great shape, just a little dirty. The vacuums slid great and nothing was bound up. All the seals and plastics on the air box were in really good shape with no cracks. The seat is in fair shape, with no cracks, but you can tell its old. I hate to sell this, but I hate seeing it there not being ridden and enjoyed. Everything is disassembled because I didn't want to put it back together and set for another six months. It wouldn't take more than an hour to get everything hooked back up.
