I'm not sure if the turbo has been rebuilt but I've never had a problem with it. I run synthetic oil for the better mileage. There is a small rust spot underneath the drivers side seat. The title is clean and clear, the problem with the odometer is that it only goes up to 99,999 and rolls back to zero, it does not have a hundred thousands digit. The current mileage is at 70,000 but it has rolled over.
