The engine and transmission are super smooth and the trans was rebuilt some 30k miles back by the original owner. I am the 3rd. The seats were redone at one time. The top is snug and there are no rips or tears. It is air tight. The car goes 70 mph and then some with no problems ever on the freeway. I never drove it over that speed ever!! The engine is very clean. The car was in a garage for a long time as the original owner's wife passed away and he let it sit. I bought a new battery six months ago. The am radio works as does the hot hot heater and fan. All wipes and turn signals work ...heck even the horn works! The dash has no cracks but the clock does not operate. It comes with the original manual and a new spare tire in the trunk. The tires are super new and the hubcaps are original. The paint is okay (no blemishes) but could use a repaint to be in the perfect condition. There are some super light rusty water stains (but not rust) in the rear sections near the reverse lights and near bottom doors (but will desire elbow grease,slight buffing to rid). Undercarriage of care is fine. No problems other than what I have mentioned. Trunk has NO RUST. The chrome is all there and shines. Car came to me from Pennsylvania from 2nd owner. I have too many convertibles and classics and sadly this one is the one to go. I have owned (3 )62 Buick Specials/Skylark Convertibles and they were all fun and cool cars that gave me no issues EVER!! The car is worth much more but I just wanted make it a simple and quick sale as I am moving down south soon. The car starts every single time and engine never smokes. The muffler will need to be replaced though. It has a small hole in it. But it is not loud at all. Midas can do for around $125.00 bucks!! You handle pick up and shipping.
