1982 Suzuki GS

Up for auction is my 82 GS 850. This bike still gets the nod even from them Harley guys. It performs well for its age. I bought this bike to re-acclimate myself with riding. During that time I got to wrenching too. You should know your bike. Since then I have done the following. Installed new tires. Put in a new battery. A new tachometer cable. New spark plugs. All fluids were changed. Put in a new petcock. New Suzuki carburetor intake boots. I also have gone though the carburetors complete disassemble and clean. New gaskets and jets. The pilots and main jets were up sized to compensate for the exhaust. The exhaust is stock except the baffles were removed by previous owner. The bike runs out good and even better on the highway. It pulls good around 6000 rpm on up and cruises at 70mph with no problem. It does have a very slight flat spot that maybe can be fixed by raising the floats. The needle jet is not the clip style. I have them a spec height. The pictures with fairing are recent and the saddle bags do go with the bike. Also included is a Barnett clutch kit and cover gasket. The title states TMU.
