2003 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA GLS 1.8 TURBO We purchased this car about three years ago from a friend of ours for my wife. It has always been maintained and runs well. The mileage is low due to her 6 mile round trip commute to work. We took it on a trip occassionally due to its awesome gas mileage and reliability. The car as you can see from the pictures has been well maintained. The console door needs a new hinge and clip I priced them out for under $25.00 or $40.00 for a new console. The interior otherwise is in excellent shape. Backseats look new and fronts still in excellent shape. The dash and carpets are also in excellent shape as well. The trunk is clean and all parts of jack and spare are there, See pics. The exterior is in overall great condition. There is some fading on the back bumper and a very small ding on trunk lid. Engine runs great with no lights on and has just returned from regular service. The 1.8 Turbo is awesome ! It gives you excellent gas mileage without sacrificing power. Tires have at least 50% life on them. We have never had any major issues with this vehicle and it has always proved to be reliable.
