Up for auction is a 1986 Ford Mustang LX 5.0. This car is ideal for parts or drag car. This car runs and drives. It has a mild built 302 engine with Elderbrock Performer RPM intake, Elderbrock 650 CFM carbureator, manual choke, Ford Motorsport tall aluminum valve covers, BBK Shorty Headers, Mac H-pipe, Two chamber Flomaster Mufflers, Black Magic Electric Fan, Welded in BBK sub frame connectiors, MSD 6 AL ignition box, MSD Blaster coil and MSD Billit distributior. Cooling system is not hooked up in this car. The interior is stripped out because I was in the process of turning this car into a drag car. But I do have the factory front seats to go with car and the backseat is still inside car. Does have 8.8 rear end with 355 gears and drum brakes. The car is also equipped with and AOD Transmission with B&M shift kit, B&M rachet shifter. Spedometer reads 70K but I had the spedometer sent out to BBK to be recalibrated to 170mph, so the miles showing is not actual miles on vehicle. This car has been sitting for a while, but body is in decent shape. No major rust or dents. It will need tires. Will have to be trailered home. Buyer is responsible for shipment of this vehicle.
