For sale is a 1992 BMW 318ic convertible with 154,000 miles. Runs and drives Excellent. Great example of this model. ENGINE The engine is the 1.8 liter (DOHC) 4 cylinder. The engine runs excellent. The car has had a recent tune up with new spark plugs installed. New Idle control valve, all intake hoses (vacuum, vent, breather, boot) It has a new valve cover gasket so no oil leaks. Coolant flush, water pump, thermostat, all belts, cam position sensor. TRANSMISSION It has the original 5spd manual transmission. It goes into all the gears perfectly with no slipping issues. It has new shifter bushings with no sloppiness in the shifter. New clutch installed at 117k miles. INTERIOR It has the original tan leatherette interior with no cuts or tears in the sports seats. They are in almost perfect condition. The carpets are clean and not soiled The dash is in excellent condition with no cracks in it. PAINT AND BODY The body is in exceptional shape with the Brilliant Red paint in great condition. It has a small dent on the passenger side rear wheel well area, otherwise it has no other dents on the body. WHEELS AND TIRES It has the original 14" wheels with very good tires on it. They were installed at 145k miles and have about 80% tread left on them. ELECTRICAL AND ACCESSORIES It has a A/C system that works great and blows cold. All the windows and mirrors function correctly. The convertible top is manual and works correctly. The vinyl rear window is brand new. It has the factory cassette stereo that works correctly. EXHAUST It has the original exhaust system that it came with and is in great condition. SUSPENSION AND BRAKES It has very good brakes front and rear. The suspension is tight and handles very well.
