Vehicle Detail
This motorcycle is in immaculate shape, garage kept, babied, and loved. It is totally customized, practically nothing on the bike is original. 240 rear tire, cut and re-packed Bub pipes, drag bars, air-intake, PM chrome wheels, brakes moved to left side of bike, digital odometer/speedometer, flush-mount gas cap, harley controls, custom corbin solo seat, radiator scoop, horn, lights - I mean, really everything on this bike is changed out. There is a security alarm system with a perimeter sensor and keyless control. The bike does not have a place to put a key into it. To drive, deactivate the alarm, flip a switch on the bike, fire her up, and off you go. Very cool. Also, all the upgrades were made in a way that would keep maintenance costs down. For example, the brakes were changed out with stock VTX 1800 brakes so that if you take it to a Honda dealership for service, they will have the parts in stock to repair the bike. Fork is also inverted VTX1800 fork. This bike was designed to ride and as such doesn't have any silly, dysfunctional upgrades that make her pretty but not practical. She is as fun to ride as she is to look at. Bike is for sale locally and will go to the first person to show up with cash. Test rides are of course available to anyone who shows up with full payment cash in hand and leaves it with me while you ride. If you return the bike safely and in the same shape you left in but don't want to buy it, I'll think you're crazy but I'll give you your cash back. If you return the bike damaged, congratulations, you own her. Test rides at your own risk. Can discuss delivery within a reasonable area with payment in advance, but the bike is being sold as pickup only. Ask questions before making a commitment. I will take auction down only with a $500 non-refundable deposit. You're responsible for registering the bike in your jurisdiction. You may not have my license plates even to ride home. Sad to see this beautiful bike go, but the stiff suspension is too much for city driving and I need to get something with a less-aggressive ride. Bike comes with two solo-seats, one is custom made by Corbin and the other is custom made by hand by the previous owner. There is also a passenger pillion that attaches to the Corbin seat should you wish to ride someone with you. Note: there are no passenger footpegs so this bike is not designed as a two-up bike. But you can do what you want. One of the rear turn signals is broken off. They are cool-looking turn signals, but they're not the sturdiest things ever made. I've got the replacement turn signal and if you want to have me install it, I'll gladly do that. If, however, you want to swap out for a different turn signal, I'll just give you the spare one I have and you can have it just in case. If you buy the bike and want to have some new signals installed, I would be willing to install them for you if you have completed the purchase already and bought the signals as well. Sweet bike, you will not be sorry. I get tons of attention everywhere I go with this bike. It's loud pipes, custom paint job, sparkly chrome, and sharp lines make it a real head-turner. And with the luxuries of shaft-drive and water-cooled engine, all your friends with Harley Davidsons will be jealous of your new bike. Custom cruiser for sale, first one here gets her. Good luck and thanks for looking. On Jul-02-11 at 07:45:30 PDT, seller added the following information: This motorcycle is in immaculate shape, garage kept, babied, and loved.
