Vehicle Detail
This auction is for a 2002 Acura TL Type-S. Both inside and out this car is in excellent condition. On the inside, the plush leather seats (heated driver & passenger) will caress you as you enjoy the premium Bose sound system belt out whatever genre of music strikes your fancy. The drivers seat has two (2) memory settings so you'll never have to worry about sharing again. No paint issues on the exterior either, no rust. The 17" sport rims have been kept away from the curbline and the tires are relatively new with plenty of treadlife left. The 3.2l V6 typeS engine is just what you need to power down the road, while the VTEC engine is excellent on gas (29mpg highway). The only issue with the sound is the 6disk in dash changer is giving a loading/eject error message. I never got around to having it repaired as I tend to use my ipod more often than not. And as can be seen in the pictures the leather on the drivers seat is a bit cracked but anyone familiar with Honda/Acuras knows that this is common from normal wear. This car has 116k miles on it but the oil has been changed regularly and the vitals are constantly checked and maintained. As with all Honda/Acura products they are well known to be reliable well past the 100k mile marker. I have to mention that the car was in a minor accident about 500 miles ago. The passenger side was side swiped which is why it carries the salvage title. But the car has been professionally repaired as can be seen in the photos. The only remnants of the accident can be seen in the included picture. Location of which is in the lower door sill of the right rear door. It's actually very small but I knew I should show it in a photo. I always try to provide as many pictures of the product as I can so bidders can know exactly what they are bidding on. If something is missing please let me know and I will endeavor to add some more pics asap. Recently a small rock bounced up and cracked the drivers side fog lamp lens. Lamp is working fine, just cosmetic damage. I have lowered the reserve so high bidder takes it. HAPPY BIDDING Be sure to find out what your local laws on registering a vehicle with a salvage title are prior to auctions end. I am only familiar with NY. Please feel free to ask any questions before bidding. **I'M RELISTING THIS CAR BECAUSE OF A NON-PAYING BIDDER WHO WILL BE ISSUED A STRIKE. DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PAY AT AUCTIONS END**
