For sale is a 1992 BMW 318ic convertible with 174,000 miles. Runs and drives Excellent. Great example of this model. ENGINE The engine is the 1.8 liter (DOHC) 4 cylinder. The engine runs excellent. The car has had a recent tune up with new spark plugs installed. It has no oil leaks. TRANSMISSION It has the original 5spd manual transmission. It goes into all the gears perfectly with no slipping issues. It has good bushings with no sloppiness in the shifter. INTERIOR It has the original tan leatherette interior with no cuts or tears in the sports seats. The drivers seat bolster has some cracks in it. The carpets are clean and not soiled The dash is in excellent condition with no cracks in it. PAINT AND BODY The body is in exceptional shape with the Alpine white paint in great condition. It has a small dent on the passenger side rear wheel well area. No rust or bondo on the body. WHEELS AND TIRES It has the original 14" wheels with very good tires on it. They have about 80% tread left on them. ELECTRICAL AND ACCESSORIES It has a A/C system that works great and blows cold. All the windows and mirrors function correctly. The convertible top is manual and works correctly. The vinyl rear window is brand new. It has the factory cassette stereo that works correctly. EXHAUST It has the original exhaust system that it came with and is in great condition. SUSPENSION AND BRAKES It has very good brakes front and rear. The suspension is tight and handles very well.
