1966 Ford Mustang 2+2 Fastback GT equipped. Very nice Oklahoma car to restore. Car is a C code car that has had all the GT equipment installed early in its life. This is a very solid car. The only rust is in in the lower quarters, small spot in lower front of right door, small area in both floor panels at front seam, and finally a small area the size of a silver dollar in the trunk. Tail light panel has been repaired in the past. The left rear quarter panel has a small area of light repair. The left front inner panel has been replaced early in its life so there are no numbers stamped, the area is blank. The repair must have been completed very early and was a very exceptional repair, would not be detectible if numbers were present. All frame rails, torque boxes, door mounting areas, and rest of car, except areas mentioned are remarkably rust free. The car is not an original GT, but all GT equipment is period original ( not reproductions), Must have been added early in its life, INTERIOR = Pony Deluxe interior Factory Rally Pack ( not reproduction ) Factory 8 Track/AM Radio w/ factory door speakers Factory Air Conditioning Factory Tinted glass All interior parts , carpet has been removed Steering wheel all there, gap in wood grain plastic EXTERIOR = All period correct GT equipment installed (not reproduction) All original panels, left front fender might have been replaced but it is a original Ford fender. Only GT pieces missing on the exterior are the exhaust tips All trim on or with car UNDER HOOD = Motor has been replaced with a 302 V8 appear to be early 70s vintage All parts there including air cleaner , snorkle and heat riser to snorkle are there All Air conditioner parts there and look to be in good shape ( still has small freon charge) Power Steering there period correct and intact Radiator is removed in pictures but will be re installed in car Automatic transmission and all pieces intact Car was running when parked in 1985, has not been started since. Stored inside in nice shop. Original color is dark metallic blue. Cars shows 83K miles, actual miles unknown. This is a extremely nice car for restoration, desirably optioned, and complete. I intended to restore this car for my wife but have too many projects and am running out of room. I do not need to sell and am in no hurry so no lowballers please.
