This car is an original 1987 Buick Regal Grand National, Hardtop,3.8-liter SFI Turbocharged V-6 with Intercooler. It has been cloned to look like a GNX with GNX#098 dash plaque, GM GNX badges, GNX fender flares, GNX fender vents and GNX turbo cover. I recently traded for this car. It is mostly stock with some GNX parts added to it. It starts ,runs ,shifts and drives smooth. This Grand National is an excellent and reliable muscle car that has been very well maintained and professionally serviced. The oil pressure is very good, the turbo spools up quick {15 lb boost},with the 160* stat,the temperature stays cool. The AC blows cold. It has the original trunk sticker showing the factory Grand National and other options,it also has the original spare and jack. There is a custom fabricated gauge package with good operating Auto Meter{20lb boost gauge},Oil and Water Temp gauges-to monitor the cars engine- mounted on top of the radio pod- they are not drilled on, they are mounted on a metal plate that can be easily removed. The factory MPH,RPM and boost gauges also operate well. It is equipped with a Flowmaster American Thunder Dual Exhaust system, K&N filter in the stock cold air box, Reds 93 chip and 160* thermostat. Odometer shows 54K. I don't know if its 154,000 or 54,000 but it has no issues and looks great. It's in great mechanical condition with many new,updated and serviced parts. This car has excellent paint. It has only been repainted once and it was professionally stripped and painted factory Grand National black by a comprehensive auto body shop. The fender flares were added and painted by the same shop. Front and rear bumper fillers are in excellent shape. It has Power Windows, Cruise [cruise does not work], Tilt Steering Column, Remote Trunk Release, Passanger Side Vanity Mirror, Limited Slip Differential (posi-traction), Concert Sound II, it was a tape deck w/EQ. The interior is original and in good shape. All gauges and lights work. AC Delco battery, new shocks on all four corners, new transmission mount and mid exhaust mount, recent brake service with new accumulator, new GM heater core, the rear end was recently serviced with new seals and fluid, new window sweepers. It has a shift kit installed, The GNX badges are original GM emblems, it has a reproduction GNX dash plaque with the #098. The wheels are GNX style 16x8" with excellent rubber. This a turn-key car it is 100% running, shifting, and driving and in great mechanical condition with great paint. Most people who see it, even up close, say 'this car is mint.' AC blows ice cold and the heat works. Its a great muscle car that you can really drive anywhere. Its perfect for any car show, car cruise, or a really cool everyday driver.
