2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse UV Blue(rare color) I have owned this car since it was brand new. It has been a great car and now it is in need of some tlc. If you are a mechanic or know one this would be a great starter car for a teen. The car does run, it has 217,567 miles on it. It had just passed the Pennsylvania yearly inspections. I have been hearing a noise and when I took it to goodyear they told me the transmission is starting to go up in it and they wanted $2500 to repair. I was told by someone else its not the transmission its the throw out bearing, which I would still have to spend alot of money to get fixed. In april I just had the transmission fluid changed, oil change, flushed out radiator, timing belt changed and spent $700 to get air condition fixed(brand new condensor put in). This car had new tires put on in the fall of last year and they only have about 10,000 miles on them. 90% of this cars milage has been highway. The body is in good shape, this car has never been in a accident. There are about 5 dings in car that are noticeable and they are not door dings, they were from a hailstorm last year.
