BMW. The BMW has served me faithfully without any major issues in the few months that I've had it. I have even taken it on 2 trips out of town first on a round trip to Philadelphia PA and back and second to Charlotte NC and back. It has a blown head gasket. It starts and runs and drives, but when you get down the road about 4 miles it runs hot. Head gaskets are a common problem for these cars. EXTERIOR The exterior is in decent shape for a 1991 car. The paint is ok; it is chipped on the front bumpers and has a long scratch on the trunk. The drivers side front door has a small dent. The car could do with a very good detailing and polishing to restore the shine and perhaps get rid of some of the small scratches I noticed on the rear fenders. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES IN DETAIL AND MAKE YOUR OWN ASSESMENT AS BEST AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN. INTERIOR The interior is also in decent shape for a 1991 car. The front seats show some wear in the leather (cracked). The rear seats are Ok. The headliner around the sunroof is coming off. The carpets are good with no stains or tears. COMPONENTS Everything still works in this car. The HVAC, power seats, power windows, sunroof ,power locks , cruise control etc all work fine. There is a Pioneer CD player which works fine. ENGINE Engine is in very good condition other than head gasket. All I had to do so far is change the oil and filter. I also changed the oxygen sensor to enable the car pass GA emissions. TRANSMISSION Though the transmission works well (pulls and shifts smoothly) TIRES & BRAKES The car has 4 good tires. The brakes work well (no vibration or shakes) though I have not taken the wheels off to inspect the rotors or the pads. WARRANTY I have tried to disclose all I know about the car including its flaws. I am selling the car with NO WARRANTIES what so ever. The car has a clear GA title DEPOSIT . The balance can be paid when the car is picked up.
