Our customer has asked us to help find a home for his 1991 300ZX 2+2 5 speed with t-tops. We installed an engine from a newer Infinity(2003-4) in this car approximately 4 years back. At that time the donor engine had come to us with 78k; it has approximately 138k at this time on the new engine. The car runs out great, doesn't leak or burn oil, has ice cold a/c, and does not appear that the t-tops leak. Stereo also plays good. There are little break out areas of rust that are starting to bubble the paint in a few areas. The car was repainted over the years, but looks good. The hood has two reverse dimples from something being left under the hood when closing it; I took a picture however it doesn't really capture it very well. The interior is fair to good. The sun has deffinately washed the true tan color out to a light beige. There is some staining from spilled drinks that hasn't been cleaned. Under the drivers front floor mat, the original carpet has a 3"x 10" section that wore out over the years. The owner cut out a floor mat to the shape and inserted it, then covered over that with another floor mat, the drivers seat bolster has a tear on the lower portion, and windshield has wiper mark. Rims have some curb rash but still look good. All features work in this car and there are no lights on in the dash. It is a presentable driver that could be brought back with a little effort. A new compressor and dryer were installed on 7/2/08 - a/c blows ice cold. New front wipers installed and a new black steering wheel cover put on. I ordered a set of horn buttons because 1 was missing. The button should be in on Friday. Relisted due to :- absolutely no contact from buyer after the auction, buyer was not registered with paypal, buyer did not make required deposit and buyers history showed 5 no pays upon ebay investigation. I will be glad to share the ebay user name of this individual so that any honest ebayer can block him. Ebay will take its appropriate action, meanwhile this car is up for auction- do not bid unless you are a registered paypal user and can make the required deposit after the auction.
