** NO RESERVE ** OVER $ 15,000 IN RECEIPTS TOOL BOX AS SEEN IN PICTURES NOT INCLUDED The truck was completed in the summer of 2008, with the intention of having a professional paint job put on it by winter, but it never happened, 2 children later, it still hasnt and probably never will, so my loss can be your gain, the truck needs to be sprayed professionally and be driven and used and appreciated for what it is by someone who can do so. Vehicles were made to be enjoyed and driven, and I cannot give this one the attention that it needs, and with a growing family, I dont see that ever being a possibility. I have a 1977 Ford F-150 4x4 Regular Cab Long Bed with a 460 Big Block and Automatic Transmission. This truck belonged to a family member of mine since the early 80's. All of the work was performed by me, or was taken by me to a professional, depending on what was being done. This truck has had a frame off restoration. The entire truck was stripped down to nothing but it's framerails, everything taken apart, and the rails, suspension, and body were sandblasted completely. BODY After the sandblasting, the bed that was taken off the truck had some rust in it, so I found another bed from Oklahoma thats on the truck now and rust free. There was no Bondo put in this truck, there was no Body work done, every panel inside and out on the truck was sprayed with an epoxy primer to seal it up and keep it from rusting down until I could afford have a proffessional paint job done, I never had it done though. Any imperfection, such as a small ding on the top rear drivers bedside, can easily be fixed by a proffesional body man, there are no hidden imperfections here, what you see is the actual body with all its minor flaws, ready to be finished, NO BONDO in it, and the body wont need any bondo when you finish it but maybe a little glazing putty to make it slick. The truck bed has a Line-X Spary in bedliner. DRIVETRAIN The rails,as I said, were sandblasted. I refinished them with the kit from EASTWOOD, using their primer then their chasis black, every part, small or large, suspension, steering, frame, etc was blasted primed, and painted chasis black, and this is one hard tough finish too, excellent if anyone ever refinishes a frame its well worth the money. New Stainless Steel brakes lines, new suspension bushings, everything new or re-conditioned everywhere. MOTOR The motor is a 460 Big Block, the truck came out with a factory big block in it. I purchased a crate motor from OREILLY AUTO PARTS, it has an aluminum Edelbrock intake, and Holley 750 cfm Electric Choke Carb, Ford Racing plug wires, motorcraft spark plugs, motorcraft distributor, mallory hy-fire ignition box, msd igniton coil, coated headers, new balancer, water pump, etc, nothing used, all new or re-manufactured. There really is just too much to list here, EVERYTHING that was done to the truck EVERY part , wow, just way too much. Ill list all of the major things, but if you have any questions about anything, please feel free to ask and I can tell you how everything was done. Here is a list: Wheels, Tires, front and rear differentails overhauled, (4.10 gear ratio), sutom rear driveshaft ordered from WOODY'S (800.00), SS brake lines, brake proportioning valve, power steering pump, steering gear box, shocks, bushing, suspension, brakes, rotors, drums, leaf springs, coil springs, steering stabilizers, fuel tank, tank straps, sending unit, reese hitch, radiator, transmisson cooler, electric fan, mallory ignition box, MSD coil, Holley Carb., coated headers, Edelbrock aluminum intake, transmission overhauled, aluminum trans pan with drain plug, transfer case overhauled, everything sandblasted, Line-X spray in liner, Cheap chinese aftermarket weatherstripping kit (because I knew that it wont all come off again). All of the parts were either ordered from Oreilly auto parts, LMC truck, or Summit Racing, supplies came from Eastwood, LMC truck, Oreilly auto parts, or CPP. Once again, ai have over 15,000 in receipts, but there is NO RESERVE, and if you have any questions feel free to contact me and Ill answer them for you. Thanks for looking and happy bidding.
