I have a 1978 Scout. With a 345 V8 two barrel. It has seat for about 2 years. Needs TLC. I have to many projects coming down on me with no time to work on it anymore. I cut the cab off behind the seat and started making a flat bed out of it. It was rusting off the body mounts. I welded the frame on the truck frame. Everything looks great. Just don't have a floor to the flat bed. And the truck cab is open from cutting it off. 4WD worked when I parked it so I'm sure it was still good. I parked it because it was starting to skip like water in the fuel or carb clogged up. Motor ran really well before that. I used it as a yard work truck so it is not road ready at all. I took the lights off the rear. The Wires are still there. If u have any questions just let me know thank you.
