This is a legally binding contract and the last bidder will be the owner of this great vehicle. 2005 Dodge Magnum Hemi R/T We have for sale this excellent conditioned Magnum R/T. Well maintained, adult owned, and tastefully upgraded, it is an absolute joy to drive. The body and paint are virtually flawless. Paint is glossy like it was when new. Windows are tinted and in great shape. Headlights have been replaced with the SRT model lights and the tail lights are upgraded to aftermarket LED lights. The wheels are TSW Thruxton 20" and give the car a great look. The interior remains great as well with only small damage to the driver seat bottom that can be seen in our pictures. From the dash, carpet, headliner, seats, to the rear cargo area, the rest of the interior is like new. Mechanically the car is sound. There is only 40k miles on the motor which was replaced by the dealership while under warranty. There are no odd noises from the motor or the chassis to be heard. Flowmaster catback exhaust gives the car great sound without being too loud. These cars have a known issue with the torque convertors, but this one was replaced with an SRT torque convertor with the higher stall only 1000 miles ago. Vehicle history report shows an accident. The car was hit on the right hand side on the front passenger door. It was very minor damage, airbags were not deployed, and pictures of the damage are available upon request. This car is in great shape overall and being well maintained can be sure to bring you enjoyment for years to come. If we list a car as a classic, the following is what you should expect: Concourse Quality = This is the highest rating we can give a classic car. The vehicle usually has gone through a meticulous, no expense spare restoration. Museum Quality = This is a top rating given to vehicles that have gone through professional restorations have and have been very well kept or are in top original survivor condition. Investment Quality = Mid top range for a classic vehicle that is worthy of collecting. Is solid and well kept through-out and has value in its originality and condition, which is expected to appreciate with time. Drivers Quality = These are collector vehicles that are in good enough shape to be a proud owner and driver. These vehicles most likely wont win shows, but will impress most drivers in the street. Driver quality vehicles do need maintenance and attention in certain areas since many are 40 and 50 year old and attention to keep them driving safely in the streets is constantly needed. Project Quality = We very rarely offer projects and as the word implies these are vehicles that need extended amounts of work and restoration. It is true that our vehicles do sell for a good bargain and fantastic prices, but you are almost always going to pay for what you get. If a car sells for $5,000, you are buying a car within that range of price; in respect to value, collectability, and condition. In the unforeseen situation that there is a major description discrepancy (this is where the 3rd party inspection or a personal inspection is an essential tool), as a last resort a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, can be used to mutually resolve an honest possible misunderstanding.
