Thanks for considering my truck and taking the time to check it out. It's my daily driver. I'm offering it to you at wholesale. Here's the scoop on it: 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Crew Cab LT3 Diesel Automatic 2WD 6.6L LBZ Duramax 360HP (Stock) Turbodiesel (pre-DPF!) 6 Speed Allison Automatic Transmission Rear Wheel Drive ABS OnStar Dual Air Bags Heated Leather Driver and Passenger Power Seats 2 Memory Settings for Driver Seat Automatic Electronic Dual Zone Air Conditioning Rear Air Conditioning BOSE AM/FM Stereo Premium Sound System CD Changer Satellite Radio Towing Package Towing Mirrors with LED Turn Signals Remote Keyless Entry Anti-Theft System Automatic Headlights Automatic Dimming Rearview Mirror Compass Outside Temperature Display Heated Power Mirrors Power Windows Power Locks Cruise Control Power Steering Tilt Steering Wheel Steering-wheel Radio Controls Rear Radio Controls $1710 Front Ranch Hand Legend Series Full Replacement Bumper $750 Rear Ranch Hand Legend Series Full Replacement Bumper (nearly new) $1100 Cruiser Alloy Switchblade 904C 8 Lug 20" Premium Chrome Wheels $1100 Goodyear Wrangler AT/S LT275/65R20 Load Range E Tires $510 Carpeted Bed Liner $410 Gooseneck Hitch (under the carpet) $360 TruXedo TruXport Soft Roll-Up Dual Latch Tonneau Cover (new last Christmas) $510 HyperTech Power Programmer III $340 TrueFlow XDi Extreme Duty High Flow Air Intake (nearly new) $200 Nerf (Step) Bars Fresh Engine Oil and Filter Change Fresh Fuel Filter Change EVERYTHING WORKS! This Silverado is very quiet, very comfortable, very luxurious, very fast (if you want it to be), very good looking, and very fuel efficient. Starting is quick. Accelerating is strong. Shifting is firm, especially within the first two gears. Steering is tight. Tracking is straight. Handling is good. Braking is excellent. The 6-speed automatic really helps with fuel economy. I think the air conditioner does also. It seems to have an economy mode. Anyway, 6th gear kicks in about 58MPH. If you set the cruise control at 60MPH, you WILL AVERAGE 30MPG on unloaded trips! I baby the Silverado and drive the speed limit for maximum fuel economy. I don't race, hot rod, or pull with it. The gooseneck hitch was there when I bought the truck. According to the vehicle history report, this Silverado has had three owners and no accidents. I have not been in any accidents. Like any used vehicle, this truck is not showroom perfect. I happen to think it's pretty good though. It has a normal amount of paint scratches and chips/pits but no rust on the body. I found a few door dings. There is a paint blemish on the passenger front fender just in front of the mirror. The expensive Ranch Hand front bumper could use some touch up. The also expensive Ranch Hand rear bumper is nearly new and perfect. The fenders could also use some touch up behind the wheels. The nerf bars have a little rust. The interior condition is great. Carpets are pretty clean, not worn down, and not torn. There are no cracks in the dash. There are no tears in the leather. Like every driver side leather seat, the lumbar cushion has a little wear at the bottom. This is from it being rubbed when people get in. Glass is essentially perfect. I have not found any cracks or chips. The custom dark window tint looks great! The engine compartment is pretty clean. I have not seen any blowby or drips on the ground. The carpeted bedliner is in good condition. It is not new looking but does a great job. I have not removed the gooseneck hitch ball, so it is sticking up underneath the carpet. The tonneau cover was brand new in December. It still looks new and is not torn or worn. The custom wheels are expensive and in good condition. The Goodyear Wrangler AT/S tires all match and have good tread remaining. Any speedometer error due to the larger wheels and tires has been corrected since day one with the HyperTech Power Programmer III. 30 MPG unloaded on highway trips is correct. Please note there is no Power Tilt/Sliding Sunroof as the automatically filled in Optional Equipment under Roofs indicates. On Jun-13-11 at 12:51:42 PDT, seller added the following information: Here's more information on the truck: I have not been in any accidents. The carfax report shows no accidents. I have maintenance records for my ownership period. The carfax reports shows 25 service records prior to my ownership. The tires have 50% or more tread remaining. The are no significant dents and only a normal amount of scratches and door dings. This is a non-smoker truck. Pets do not ride in this truck. I believe there is no ash tray available with the center console like this truck has. The brakes and rotors have not needed replacement during my ownership. I have the title. There is no lien. I would sign over the title to you and mail/give it to you once payment clears. I am an individual owner and do not charge any document or preparation fees. I am an individual owner and cannot accept trade-ins. This is not a rental truck. This is my private vehicle. The truck was repossesed from the first owner on 12/20/2006 according to the carfax report. This truck is my daily driver. The current mileage is 192,611. I commute 30 miles each way to work. I am happy to accept the deposit through ebay. Diesel vehicles are normally driven more than gasoline vehicles. I acquired the truck at 174,209 miles. I drive about 60 miles a day during the work week. I performed all the customizations. I do not have the original tires and rims. A previous owner removed the LT aluminum wheels and installed the painted steel wheels. Those were the first to go. The truck has not needed any repairs. I do all the maintenance myself. I probably do not have many sales receipts. However, I logged all the service records in the owner's manual that I could find. The tonneau cover was purchased from Amazon.com. All the other customizations were purchased with cash from private owners. Sorry, I intended to take pictures of the bare steering wheel. It is not cracked and not missing pieces. My wife bought the cover for me because it has gel in it. She hoped it would help ease my stress level while driving in rush hour Dallas traffic. I solved that problem more by going into work early and therefore leaving early. I installed the cover anyway and should keep it. All the windows roll up and down properly. All the electrical components work to my knowledge except for the right hand side dash power outlet. My wife told me this. I have not experienced a problem myself. I will check the fuse. The other dash socket works. There is no service engine soon light or ABS warning light active. Would you like to test drive the truck before considering to purchase it? If you are near Dallas, I might be able to meet you somewhere. Anyway, the truck is sold as-is without warranty, so I encourage you to test drive before hand. I'm not a professional mechanic so cannot say that there is NOTHING wrong with the truck. I can only say that there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it. Everything SEEMS to work. I am a reasonable man and will work with you. If you fully pay for the truck, transfer the title, and down the road find something wrong with it, I would not be able to give you a refund. If you pay the deposit on ebay, test drive the truck within 7 days of the full payment due date, and decide you don't want it, then I will refund your deposit minus ebay's $125 listing fee. If you test drive the truck before the auction ends and decide you don't want it, then of course you owe nothing. Do you agree this is fair? The only thing that some buyers may not expect is the firm 1-2/2-1 shifting and the economy mode of the a/c. There are a few normal squeaks and rattles, but nothing inconsistent with age and mileage. It has the characteristic brake caliper chatter like nearly all GM trucks of this vintage. On Jun-13-11 at 16:26:22 PDT, seller added the following information: I need to correct the statement above about refunding your deposit minus ebay's $125 successful listing fee. If you pay the deposit, test drive the truck before the 7 day full payment due date, and the truck is not to your safisfaction, I will refund all your deposit if we agree to a mutual reason for cancelling the ebay transaction and if ebay refunds me the $125 fee. I still recommend you test drive any vehicle before committing to buy it.
