1975 Jeep CJ5 with the AMC 304 and a 3-speed. Recent paint (Gray Metallic) - not perfect but not bad at all, new side markers/lenses/LED tails, new fender flares, new windshield glass /cowl gasket, new suspension bushings and body mounts all around, new front wheel cylinders, misc. brake lines..lots of other little things. As far as I know, this Jeep has spent most of its life in Wyoming. Wiring has been gone through - everything works. Fiberglass hood and tub, steel fenders (1 replaced with new) and grille. Zero rust before paint. A little cold blooded but runs great when warmed up-- transmission shifts smoothly. Recently had it in a very slow and long parade - no overheating issues whatsoever. Clutch was checked over by a local NAPA repair shop - said to be in almost new condition. 4WD High/Low work without any issues. Warn hubs engage/disengage properly. 31/10.5R15 BFG All-Terrains w/50%+ life left. Aluminum wheels. No drive train issues that I'm aware of. Its a great cruiser - gets lots of looks and compliments whenever I take it out. I have never had it off road myself but I am sure it would do great. Only a few small issues - Speedometer does not work (shows 27,xxx miles). I know the gauge itself does but it could be the cable. Wiper motor works intermittently. Heater core has been bypassed. It may leak? Never have connected it. However the blower does work. I replaced the gas gauge with one that works with the AMC sending unit. Sending unit must be aftermarket because the tank is empty at 3/4 of a tank but it is usable as is. Steering is a little loose but goes down the road just fine. Brakes could use some more adjustment, parking brake is disconnected. I have no doors to go with the Jeep. I also have one extra matching rim and the swing style spare tire bracket that attaches to the aftermarket rear bumper. Bikini top to go with it as well. Lots of time and money invested in this Jeep -- ready for someone to drive and enjoy! **NOTE - Frame is in very good condition with only surface rust. I cannot find any spots that look to be repaired or replaced. I've tried my best to explain everything I can (both good and bad) about this Jeep.
