Re-listed because the previous winner reneged. Please forgive me for the hype but this is truly a grat car! I believe this is the first car I've sold that I'm a little emotional about selling. I am forced to sell because I owe the IRS a hunk of change, otherwise I would not sell this well running and great looking machine. My lose will be someone's gain. At 103,000 miles I had the transmission fully serviced as per the service manual. The transmission shifts smoothly throughout its full range. Brakes and rotors done at the same time as the transmission. All work done by the local Chevy dealer who has two Corvette mechanics trained on Corvettes. Oil changed regularly with Mobil 1. No oil or fluid leaks. All gauges and dash items work. Power sport seats work. I had the driver's seat re-done when I got the car as it had the typical wear that the driver's side gets. The tire pressure sensors all work as I had to replace them when I got the car. Car originally came from the factory with a cassette player. A guy who has a 2003 Corvette changed out the factory CD player to install a custom system. I bought the factory CD player and installed it in this Corvette. The original Corrvette cassette player will come with the car. The car as Bose speakers (option UZ6) and the original multi CD player (option U1S) that is mounted (original) in a compartment in the trunk. Other options are ride suspension control & seat position restore system. Tires are matching and have decent tread. Borla exhaust syatem sounds great. Lets people know you're driving an American sport car legend without that anoying noise of kiddie want-a-be cars. Now let me tell you about the rims. When I got the car I was going to change the rims. But people told me they liked the rims on the car because they showed a lot of chrome. And I agree. If you like lots of chrome then you'll like these rims. I have a set of 2000 Corvette factory tims available for the winner of this auction if the winner wants them. The cost is what I paid for them $400 and there would be no shipping charge. Paint is bright and shiny. Front bumber is perfect (how rare is that?). I'm posting a lot of pictures. They show the car with fake Z06 rear air intakes. They were put on by a former owner.They have been removed and there is no sign they were ever on the car. Last summer my wife and I cruised Route 66 (well what's left of it) and a couple of pictures are at Route 66 sites. What issues there are are very minor and are: Mirrors on sunvisors are loose. Lights in them work fine and the mirrows are functional but I can't figure out how to get them to attach to the visor snuglly. The otiginal factory mat on the drivers side should be replaced. These are available on eBay. Carpet is fine. One very small repair spot on top, professionally done. Mentioned only for accurectcy.
