This 2003 Jetta GLS TDI wagon has the last of the dependable injector pump ALH turbo diesel engines. The cylinder head has recently been rebuilt with new exhaust valves, valve guides, lifters and camshaft. The glow plugs and glow plug rail were also recently replaced along with the timing belt, belt tensioner, rollers, water pump and thermostat. Additionally the intake manifold and EGR were decarbonized. The fuel filter, air filter and serpentine belt were recently replaced. This vehicle runs strong and gets in the upper 40 miles per gallon. This is a southern car with no rust or collision damage. The exterior is Baltic Green metallic paint and is in excellent condition with only a few small scrapes on the bumper covers and a small ding on the rear of the hood. This vehicle is equipped with front driver, passenger and side airbags, glass panel sunroof, five speed manual transmission, power steering, ABS power brakes, cruise control, power windows and a Monsoon stereo system with CD and cassette. The interior is leather with heated seating and has only a slight amount of wear. The air conditioning is cold and everything on this vehicle is in working order. The soft trim on the grab handles and center console is starting to peel but this is typical of these vehicles. The clutch, tires and brakes are in good condition. The windshield has a few stone chips which are repairable. This vehicle has been professionlly maintained its entire life. It comes with two remote and one valet key as well as the owner's manual.
