1983 Audi Quattro aka Ur Quattro and if so inclined the Audi Urquattro. Here's your chance to own a Real classic car, a true icon. I'm selling my Gobi Beige Quattro because I've run out of space to store it. 3 cars and a one car garage. I'm selling this as a fixer-upper-not a "parts car". I am the second owner and I used this as my daily drive for a while. The car has 205,240 miles on it and I'm sad to say it shows. I would like someone to save this car and pay for the privilege. Rust is getting to the seams the kids bikes are leaving their marks on the paint as is the sun. I replaced the original brown leather seats with a set from a 4000q. It has Fuch 15x7 wheels all around. The front brakes are G60s from an Audi 5000 Turbo Quattro. The rear brakes have been upgraded to 4000q style with larger e-break return springs and the later style handbrake cables. Did I mention the exhaust? All the pipes are perfect but there is a hole in each box. I was going to have a shop fix the boxes but I really like the sound. I have a brand new rear box that I can sell also. Did you happen to see the left front fender? Someone ran a stop light while my wife was driving the car. Luckily a crunch fender and broken headlight bezel (replacement one included). I have tons of spares for this car but I won't have the time to sort it all out-you can though. The drivers window is slow to close-very slow in the winter. Theres a new motor for the passenger side but it's not hooked up yet (you can do that too). The Motor is all original and still very, very strong. I haven't driven it lately (expire out of state plates) so it never really gets a chance to warm up. Did I mention that it needs a tune-up? O.k. what do you need to know? You can drive it home but you'll need to fix stuff like I did when I got it. Bushings, ball joints, I did the struts all around and the brakes and... did I mention that it's an 83? I love this car and don't want to sell it but I must sell it so if you're looking for one here's one. It will need work and paint but this is a F*n fun car that if I had a back yard I would still keep and drive. Ask lots of question.G
